Prior to joining the firm, Cory spent fourteen years as a synthetic organic chemist in drug discovery at Merck and Schering-Plough, in the oncology, neuroscience, antibacterial, antiviral, and cardiovascular therapeutic areas, and he has been an inventor on several patent applications. Cory is a registered patent agent, so he is admitted to practice before the USPTO. Cory has a B.S. in biology from Cornell University and a M.S. in nutritional sciences and organic chemistry, also from Cornell. Cory is currently a third year evening student at Rutgers School of Law, Newark. He has twice been named the Saul Tischler Scholar for being first-ranked in his class, he is a staff editor on the Rutgers University Law Review, and he is an executive board member of the Rutgers Law Evening Student Association.
